Enjoy the carefree Boat Ride on the mesmerising river ken with hands on experience in rowing, from our local boatmen, the real adventurous can do it on the truck tube as their boat, as used by the local fishermen. Alternatively inside the park is also an hour ride on a motorized boat , where the real unlucky misses the crocodiles. The islands on the river are the home to Large Grey Fish eagle which hover in search of the gigantic Mahaseer.

The lodge has its own 4 x 4 open Gypsy's used for
Jungle Safari - Morning Safari and Evening Safari are daily organized. The guests are accompanied by trained naturalists to give them a better insight into the park.

Panna is the land of
Cascading Water Falls - Raneh falls and Pandav falls are a great attraction, both are situated in the reserve forest. Raneh falls is where the famous Ken Gharial Sanctuary is. On a sunny afternoon the guests can see innumerable gharials sun basking. Inside the park Dundhwa falls is a must, it is also where the vociferous Shaheen pair live.

Rock Paintings and Relics of Gondwana Period ( rule of the tribal people of central India) are scattered all over the reserve. The rock paintings are over ten thousand year old. Panna diamond mines at the Hinota gate are famous for industrial diamonds and belief is there that the Kohinoor was also mined here. The lodge organises day trips to these sites.

Khajuraho - a world heritage site, famed for its temples, is a half our drive.
Rajgarh and Kalinjar Forts are a must, for a close view into Bundelkand. The lodge organises guided tours for its guests.

The Ken river is an
Anglers Paradise. The river tiger - Mahaseer, close to every anglers heart is found in abundance. The prize catch in 2002 was 37 kg, you could well guess what awaits you. The other carps can be caught the whole year, though our resident stork billed kingfisher is a close competitor and the toddy cat living on the tree house branches turns green, when you relish the fish pokaras without offering a bite.

The Honeymooners don't get a raw deal in our adventurous world, vouches a couple who on their 25th anniversary were marooned on a island for a
candle lit dinner, for company we only let the spoon billed and the brown fish owl be there.
